Most of our knives undergo vacuum heat treatment. After this treatment, knives' hardness, toughness, corrosion and abrasion resistance have been greatly enhanced. Our knives' grinding wheel is sourced from Japan, and we adopted Japanese v-shaped edging way which makes knife edge very thin and smooth, plump, delicate, uniform, and mighty sharp, with cutting force in the scope of 6.0 to 8.0N.
